Cost $356 dollars for what amounted to be a tire change.

Hello again Mr. Roberson! I'm copying the response to the review you left us from your other account. "I'm sorry you feel that way. I reviewed this repair order. It seems that you broke down in the Firestone next door. And came over our way when they couldn't help you. One of our service advisors, Patrick, gave you a courtesy shuttle from Maplewood to Minneapolis during a snow storm as a exception (since we normally don't provide rides that take over 15 minutes). Furthermore, you were advised every step of the way on the costs associated with the repairs needed and you approved and declined as you best saw fit. Please feel free to give me a call as I would love to learn more about what else we could have done to help you repair your vehicle and get you back on the road safely. Went here for an oil change, very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. They did their inspection, was not expecting them to go in depth and show me everything in their inspection, so that was a nice surprise.

Had issues with my 4WD on Christmas day, they were able to take my car and diagnose the issue within a day. Very quick and respectful communication. I will be seeing this shop for future maintenance.

Was led to believe that the diagnostic check would be a courtesy. After not getting done all the stuff that they thought I should get done All of a sudden I had 162 diagnostic charge. All I know is that all I got out of this deal was a tire change and it wasn't even a new tire it was my own spare and for a tire change I was charged $356. Not to mention all the bogus stuff that they felt that I needed to be done. Although the staff person was personable and respectful I feel like I've been beat and if I had known what I know now I would have drove my truck back to Minneapolis on a flat because we have tire places here Rusty's and absolute tire what a charge me 40 or $50 to do what they charge me $356 for. I am so dissatisfied with how much they charge me and how I felt like they were scamming, I don't know if scamming is the word but I really feel bad about my experience with them. There is no way in the world I would ever use them again not even out an emergency basis. I would not recommend anybody use their service, as a matter of fact I would recommend you steer clear or at the very least get all the information up front and steer clear of the double talk.
